Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

ZINK will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise, within 14 days from the delivery date.

All returned / Exchanged items must be in their original condition, with non-damaged packaging, containing all of the original documents (the purchase invoice, instruction manuals, warranty cards, hang tags, spare links, plastic protectors, etc.).

  1. In case of returning or exchanging a product purchased directly from our website, you should contact our online Customer Service and a full refund to be made.

  2. In the case of purchasing from the Zink City Stars Store, please return your merchandise to the store or the service center.

Refund Policy:

Once your return is received, reviewed, and inspected (usually within 3 – 5 business days), your refund will be processed by ZINK.

Kindly be noted that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
(Usually EGP 90). In case of an exchange, the shipping will be added.

A refund will be automatically credited
to your bank account or Vodafone cash wallet within 7 business days.

Note that, depending on your financial institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days for your credit to be posted to your account.


During flash sales, if an order is made during a flash sale in exchange for another order the second order will be canceled automatically.


Gifts with Purchase: 

Free or discounted items shipped as a promotional gift with purchase must be returned in their original condition as described in the Standard Return Policy.

The retail value of a gift with a purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

Damaged Box or Product:

 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact customer service no later than 5 days from the receiving date.


If there is extensive damage to the box, please contact our customer service as they may request photos of the packaging to submit a damage claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: 

Items that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional shipping charge even if the order was a free shipping promotion.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
